It is expected that all evaluations will be paid for at the time services are rendered.
A 10% discount will be given to UF faculty and staff.
We are proud to accept Medicare and Medicaid for audiological services with a physician referral. In addition to this we will be happy to assist you in determining if you have audiological benefits through your private insurance.
